By purchasing from THE EGG ROLL STATION, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Allergy Disclaimer:

Our products are made in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, and shellfish. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and determine whether our products are safe for their consumption. THE EGG ROLL STATION is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health issues resulting from the consumption of our products.

2. Shipping & Handling:

Once an order is handed over to the courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), THE EGG ROLL STATION is no longer responsible for any delays, damages, lost packages, or other shipping-related issues. Customers must contact the courier directly to resolve shipping concerns.

Estimated shipping time frames apply only after the order has been shipped. Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to one (1) week for order preparation and packaging. All items are handmade and prepared solely by the business owner and are not mass-produced or manufactured by a third party.

3. Consumption & Storage:

All eggrolls must be stored in the freezer until ready to be consumed. Products may be frozen for up to three (3) months, provided they are properly stored in freezer-safe bags, such as the packaging provided. THE EGG ROLL STATION is not liable for any issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or preparation.

4. Refunds & Returns:

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued unless there is a verified error on our part. Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.

5. Health & Safety:

While all products are prepared with care, consuming food carries inherent risks. THE EGG ROLL STATION is not responsible for illness, foodborne reactions, or other health-related issues that may arise from consumption. Customers consume our products at their own risk.

6. Legal Disclaimer:

By purchasing from THE EGG ROLL STATION, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless THE EGG ROLL STATION, its owner, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from the purchase, shipping, handling, preparation, or consumption of our products.
