Meet The Founder | Brielle Lesley
The EggRoll Station was founded by Brielle Lesley, a Detroit native known first as a recording artist with a powerful voice and growing platform. Long before the brand existed, however, she carried another gift — cooking.
While still active in music, Brielle began preparing and selling dinners throughout Detroit and catering small events. Cooking was never just a hobby. It was personal. It was inherited.Her late father, John P. Wiggins Jr., taught her that cooking isn’t simply about ingredients — it’s about love, intention, and the joy of feeding others. That foundation became the spirit behind every roll she creates.
In 2023, Brielle relocated to Georgia and stepped fully into the vision she had been sitting on. What began as a necessity quickly became alignment. With her daughters, her partner, and unwavering faith, The EggRoll Station launched as a family-powered operation — transporting food to events, sharing the journey online, and building momentum organically. Demand grew quickly. Customers from Detroit and beyond began asking for shipping. So she figured it out. Shipping had always been part of the long-term vision. It simply arrived sooner than expected.
The journey hasn’t been easy. Brielle has faced personal setbacks, financial hardship, and the difficult decision to pause her music career while building the business.
